POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a knowledgeable DAS Supervisor with extensive experience in wireless construction operations. This role involves overseeing field construction teams, managing day‑to‑day operations, and fostering an environment that encourages safety and morale. The ideal candidate has a solid work ethic and prior experience as a Foreman, allowing them to effectively mentor and lead Tower Technicians.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage field construction crews and subcontractors, overseeing onboarding, training, performance management, and administrative tasks. Understand the nuances of wireless construction operations, including equipment, labor requirements, technology, and safety compliance. Ensure the availability of supplies, equipment, and materials for ongoing projects. Monitor project plans and schedules, ensuring they align with company standards and guidelines. Promote and exemplify a strong safety culture on all job sites. Provide regular updates and reports to upper management about project progress and team performance. Collaborate closely with support staff across various departments, including Human Resources, Recruiting, and Accounting. Adapt to diverse work schedules which may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends. Facilitate the training and development of Tower Technicians in line with the Career Advancement Matrix (CAM). Perform additional responsibilities as required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Our corporate headquarters is located at: 18777 US Highway 66 Pacific, MO 63069. Ability to work in various physical positions, including sitting, standing, and climbing. Exposure to outdoor weather conditions ranging from hot to cold. Compliance with safety regulations, including the use of protective equipment.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the wireless industry. At least 2 years of supervisory experience with wireless construction crews. OSHA30 and CPR certification preferred. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. High School Diploma or equivalent is required. This position offers a starting salary of $65,000, subject to variation based on experience. Compensation will be determined based on your qualifications and skill set.
