This role provides instructional and behavioral support for students with special needs. Transferring/lifting of students may be required. Preferred candidate will have experience working with special needs students. Responsibilities Provide instructional and behavioral support to students with special needs; assist with daily activities including transferring and lifting. Requirements To be considered Highly Qualified within 10 days of first day of work you must have one of the following: A Bachelor's Degree An Associate's Degree 60+ credits of post-secondary education A passing score on the ParaPro Exam Submit documentation (transcripts, exam report) to support qualifications. Hours & Salary Hours per day: 6.0 hours, Monday-Friday (student contact days). Salary: starting rate $21.00 per hour.
