Student - Athletics Game Day and Equipment Supervisor

Southern New Hampshire University seeks student employees for the role of student supervisor for Athletic Game Day and Equipment Staff. This position manages the students and assists full‑time staff with day‑to‑day operations of the athletic department, including contests, practices, and laundry for all SNHU Athletic teams. Responsibilities Work directly with the Associate AD and Operations Staff on day‑to‑day operations of all athletic facilities—packing bags, handling team laundry, managing practice schedules, and assisting in all game operations. Properly set up and operate Daktronics scoreboards and game set‑up for all facilities (Athletic Complex, Larkin Field, Penmen Stadium, tennis courts, baseball and softball fields). Assist with training and development of all student workers in the equipment room and game day staff. Manage game operations for M/W Soccer, Field Hockey, Volleyball, M/W Lacrosse, Ice Hockey, M/W Basketball, Track and Field, Softball, Baseball, M/W Tennis, and Cheerleading—including game clock/shot clock, team services, referee/umpire assistance, security, and other areas as assigned. Maintain attention to detail and efficient communication throughout all shifts. Qualifications Current enrollment in a SNHU degree program. Work‑study part of the financial aid package. Students with work‑study may be prioritized. Compensation The hourly pay range for this position is $13.00–$15.00.
