Client Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive new business growth in the employee benefits space. The ideal candidate is a proven hunter who thrives on prospecting, developing relationships, and closing new business. This role is ideal for an ambitious sales professional with experience selling employee benefits, insurance, or related solutions who is energized by winning new accounts and building a strong book of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
• Prospect aggressively through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, and other business development strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Develop relationships with business owners, executives, HR leaders, and other key decision-makers.
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored employee benefits solutions that address client objectives.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial contact through presentation, negotiation, and close.
• Generate new revenue while consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Stay current on employee benefits trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to client.
• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and forecasting information in the CRM.
• Represent the company professionally at networking events, industry functions, and client meetings.

Pay: $80,000.00 - 130,000.00/annually

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in employee benefits, insurance, or a related B2B industry.
• Demonstrated track record of new business development and closing sales.
• Strong hunter mentality with a passion for prospecting and winning new accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and communicate complex solutions.
• Experience selling to business owners, executives, HR professionals, or other senior decision-makers is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and pipeline management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business technology.
