The Research & Operations Associate serves as a key member of our operations team by providing exceptional organizational support while developing the research, analytical, and communication skills needed to contribute to executive decision-making and strategic initiatives.

This role is intentionally designed for individuals with high potential who enjoy learning, solving problems, organizing information, and taking ownership of their work. While the position begins with operational and administrative responsibilities, it offers opportunities to expand into research, technology assessment, market analysis, executive reporting, and strategic project support as capability and trust are demonstrated.

** Core Responsibilities **

_ _Executive & Operational Support __ | Prepare succinct correspondence and reports from own analysis.
Organize documentation and presentations.
Assist with office logistics and special projects.

_ Research & Analysis _ | Research emerging technologies, industries, and markets. Analyze companies, competitors, and partnerships. Prepare executive summaries and research reports. Translate complex information into actionable recommendations.

_ Strategic Projects _ | Support planning, coordination, milestone tracking, documentation, and process improvement.

_ Continuous Learning & Professional Development _ | Commit to continuous learning, ask thoughtful questions, seek feedback, and improve professionally.

** Preferred Qualifications **

Bachelor's degree in a discipline demonstrating analytical thinking and communication (Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Communications, Psychology, Information Systems, or related). Strong writing, organization, research, and executive summary skills are preferred.
