We are seeking a dependable and compassionate medication-focused team member to support residents and patients by assisting with the safe, timely, and accurate administration of medications under appropriate supervision. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to providing respectful, person-centered care in a professional healthcare or residential setting.

• Prepare, pass, and document medications according to facility procedures, care plans, and applicable regulations.
• Verify medication orders, labels, and records for accuracy before administration.
• Observe and report any changes in condition, side effects, or concerns to the appropriate supervisor or clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete medication documentation.
• Support residents or patients with daily living needs as assigned and within scope of practice.
• Follow infection control, safety, and privacy standards at all times.
• Assist with inventory, storage, and organization of medications and related supplies.
• Communicate professionally with residents, patients, families, and team members.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current medication technician certification or equivalent credential, where required by state or employer policy.
• Experience in a healthcare, assisted living, long-term care, or similar setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism.
• Basic computer or electronic documentation skills may be required.

• Knowledge of medication safety practices and common medication terminology.
• Experience working with older adults or individuals receiving supportive care.
• Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality care.

This position may involve working in a healthcare facility, assisted living community, group home, or similar care environment. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, holidays, or overnight hours depending on staffing needs.
