Financial Analyst (Hybrid role)

Financial Analyst – Plymouth, Minnesota We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis Team. This hybrid position requires two days in‑office at our Plymouth, MN headquarters and three days remote per week. Base Salary Range: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 (exclusive of bonuses and benefits). Salary Grade for this level: $79,200.00 – $110,900.00. Responsibilities Conduct financial analysis using trend, variance, and ratio analysis methods. Develop financial models to forecast performance and identify risks or opportunities. Prepare and present reports on findings and recommendations to senior management. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights supporting business decisions. Monitor industry trends and market conditions to guide investment or strategic recommendations. Assist in preparing budgets and financial plans. Perform cost‑benefit analysis for projects or investments. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual results, providing corrective action recommendations. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 2 years of finance experience, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial modeling, and planning. Superior verbal and written communication skills. Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and self‑motivated. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and aptitude for learning new software. Knowledge of Workday and Workday Adaptive (preferred).
