Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate injection molding presses to supply downstream equipment with molded components
- Inspect components and request technical support to maintain part quality
- Conduct minor maintenance activities on assigned presses
- Operate multi-cavity injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment to meet quality specs at rated output
- Place surplus molded components into inventory and maintain accurate records
- Keep machinery and work area neat and orderly, complying with GMP requirements
- Work effectively in a team with limited supervision
- Stack boxes/totes, bag material, and print labels as part of daily tasks
Experience Required
- 0-5 years - 1-2 years in a manufacturing environment (injection molding, electric & hydraulic presses) preferred.
Skills & Certifications
- Injection molding press operation (multi-cavity)
- Product inspection and quality decision-making
- Familiarity with work instructions, forms, and preventative maintenance task lists
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
Eligibilities & qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- USA applicants only
- Steel-toe or composite shoes required
- Onsite eye exam required
- Candidates may start while background checks are pending (once criminal checks clear)
- Drug screening not required
