Role Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Data Product & Delivery Lead to support a large biopharmaceutical client's Clinical Trial Operations data platform.

This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive professional who can bridge Clinical Operations, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Business teams. The successful candidate will coordinate delivery of clinical data products, manage stakeholder communications, support deployments, and drive operational excellence across the data platform lifecycle.

This is a highly visible role with significant interaction with business leaders, product owners, data engineers, architects, QA teams, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of Clinical Trial Operations data products and analytics solutions
• Act as the primary liaison between business, product, engineering, QA, operations, and vendor teams
• Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, status reporting, and stakeholder communications
• Support SDLC processes, release management, change control, documentation, and production deployments
• Understand clinical data flows and business processes across Veeva Clinical, Veeva CTMS, and downstream analytics platforms
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Modelers, Architects, and Product Owners to ensure successful delivery
• Support testing, validation, deployment, and post-production activities
• Drive issue resolution and cross-functional coordination across multiple teams
• Facilitate meetings, presentations, demos, and executive updates

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Delivery, Data Product Management, Data Engineering, Clinical Data Operations, or related roles
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technology and business teams
• Understanding of SDLC, release management, deployment processes, and documentation standards
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, cloud data platforms, and modern data architectures
• Ability to understand data models, pipelines, and business requirements without necessarily being the primary developer

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Clinical Trial Operations, Clinical Data Management, or Life Sciences
• Experience working with Veeva Clinical and/or Veeva CTMS
• Experience with Databricks, dbt, Airflow, and AWS
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale data platforms and analytics initiatives
