OTC Collections Analyst

TSR Consulting is currently seeking a highly motivated OTC Collections Analyst for an opportunity in Louisville, Kentucky (Onsite) Job Title: OTC Collections Analyst Duration: Contract - 8 months Job Type: Hybrid Pay Range: $20 to $24.51/hour W2. Job Summary The Collection Analyst is responsible for managing Accounts Receivable collections for Ad Sales customers, ensuring timely payments, resolving invoice discrepancies, and supporting cash flow improvement. This role works closely with internal teams and customers to maintain accurate AR records and achieve collection targets. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned AR portfolio and drive timely customer collections. Follow up on overdue invoices and resolve payment discrepancies. Maintain accurate collection records and customer communications. Monitor aging reports, DSO, and cash collection KPIs. Collaborate with Sales, Credit, Cash Application, and accounting teams to resolve issues. Prepare cash forecasts, aging reports, discrepancy reports, and management updates. Support month-end close activities and account reconciliations. Assist with customer requests including statements, invoice copies, and payment documentation. Escalate payment risks and support credit-related decisions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. 0–3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Billing, or Credit. Knowledge of basic accounting principles preferred. Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and media industry is a plus.
