Position Summary As a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead you will drive member service in your area and supervise your team of hourly associates to deliver safe and efficient services. Model expertise in Tire and Battery Center and work collaboratively with other team leaders to ensure the total club meets member expectations. What you’ll do Be a Team Leader: supervise the team within the Tire and Battery Center to deliver on the business plan and contribute to the overall success of the club, communicate goals, set guidelines and expectations, execute company programs, adhere to policies, and advocate for members, associates, and the company. Be an Expert: maintain in-depth knowledge of business operations, safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, tire recalls, product specifications and seasonality, and ensure the team performs their daily processes consistently. Leverage digital tools: plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, elevate associate engagement, utilize hand‑held technology for immediate business decisions related to services, safety alerts, product information, and training. Be an Owner: drive business results, ensure commitment to operational excellence, maintain a neat, clean, and safe work area, proactively plan orders for equipment, tools, and supplies, track returns and special orders, assist with staffing and scheduling, operate cash registers, and process transactions. Be a Talent Ambassador: train and teach the team to be highly effective, monitor associates to complete e‑learning and training on time, identify potential and desire in others, provide and develop necessary skill sets, encourage career growth, source internal and external talent, and implement processes that meet business needs. Demonstrate workplace culture: respect the individual, act with integrity, serve customers and members, and strive for excellence by learning, taking calculated risks, and supporting change. Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $22.00 to $30.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may be paid in premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
