We are currently looking to fill the position of Warehouse Supervisor to work in ALL aspects of

warehouse operations with primary duties to handle daily operations of the warehouse, including

inputting data, shipping documents, picking and staging customer orders, ensuring inbound and

outbound shipments are accurate and free from damage, supervising daily deliveries and warehouse

staff along with maintaining a clean and orderly work area.

Candidate must also manually move and lift 50-75 lbs. or more on a regular basis and up to 100lbs with

assistance. Attention to detail with excellent organizational and computer skills are required.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee the warehouse operations of the store
• Basic warehouse or delivery knowledge that would normally be acquired in a minimum of three years of applicable experience
• Read customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to assemble customer orders from stock and place order on pallet or shelves
• Complete all paperwork pertaining to inventory, which includes shipping confirmations, receiving confirmations, purchase orders, open orders, order check-off, and UPS
• Always ensure complete accuracy of store/warehouse inventory
• Re-stock store shelves of missing stock
• Label all orders and back stock clearly
• Participate in the cycle counting program
• Load and unload contractor/customer vehicles; ensure proper paperwork is completed and signed off by the contractor/customer after loading of product
• Process incoming freight trucks in a timely manner
• Proper use of equipment, including but not limited to forklifts, to move inventory
• Inspect equipment to maintain good working order
• Record amounts of product received and distributed
• Accountable for overall cleanliness/organization of the warehouse
• Enter records into computer
• Other duties as assigned
• Complete assigned training modules as assigned in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Must have 3 plus years of Warehouse experience
• Must have 1 plus years of Warehouse Supervisor Experience (overseeing a warehouse)
• Must have 2 years of inventory experience
• Must have strong computer experience
• Prior supervisory / Management experience (if they will have a staff of 1 or more)
• Ability to manually move and lift 50-75 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. with assistance
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work with all levels of staff
