Nationwide in the United States is seeking a Remote Commercial Lines Retention Agent. The role focuses on retaining existing commercial policies, cross-selling Nationwide products, and guiding customers through policy changes and renewal opportunities. Training lasts 10–12 weeks, 8:00 am–4:30 pm Central, with subsequent hours 8:00–4:30 Central. Ideal candidates have strong knowledge of commercial insurance, customer service experience, and excellent communication skills; bilingual Spanish is a #J-18808-Ljbffr Nationwide
