Project Manager

Responsibilities Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring smooth coordination between contractors, subcontractors, and project teams Track project schedules and milestones, identifying potential delays, and helping to develop mitigation plans. Manage project documentation, including RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and change orders. Collaborate with project teams to ensure that all project goals and objectives are met, from budget to timeline and quality control Participate in client and team meetings, preparing progress reports and updates as required. Coordinate inspections and ensuring the project meets all building codes and regulatory requirements. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in construction management, with experience working on public projects preferred Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field Project experience should include a variety of project types – large public buildings and infrastructure projects preferred. Municipal building build-outs or renovations Medical centers / healthcare facilities Higher-education and university buildings Transportation/railroad infrastructure Experience overseeing projects with multiple trades running concurrently, knowledge of many trades essential.
