Charge CT Radiology Technologist (Nights) - No weekends or Call!

Position BJC HealthCare System is hiring a Full‑Time Charge CT Radiology Technologist (Nights) at Barnes Jewish Hospital (St. Louis, MO). Shift Details Night Shift: Monday‑Thursday 8:00 pm–6:30 am 4 working days per week; no weekends or calls Night shift differential added to hourly pay CT (CAT Scan) experience required Responsibilities Prepare patient and equipment for procedures. Perform imaging studies independently; handle on‑call situations, portable exams, and other sites as required. Oversee shift operations: workflow, assignments, lunch schedules, and adjust priorities to meet department needs. Enter and/or escalated IT and equipment tickets. Serve as clinical resource and expert for technologists—problem solving, assisting with difficult exams, mentoring. Act as liaison between team and supervisor; communicate and escalated information appropriately. Maintain and order supplies for department needs. Qualifications Associate degree or trade school equivalency (or higher level of education). Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography – R.T.(R). 2 – 5 years experience in CT or related modalities. Preferred Experience Previous leadership role: Lead Tech, Charge Tech, Senior Tech, Supervisor, Radiology Department Lead, Clinical Informaticist, etc. Experience with advanced imaging modalities such as MRI, IVR, mammography, bone density, cardiac catheterization. 5–10 years experience; certifications in cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
