Salary: $65,000 - $80,000/yr + benefits, depending on experience, flexibility for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities

• Process Conventional, FHA, VA, and other residential loan products
• Review loan applications, disclosures, and documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Work within Encompass to update, track, and manage loan files
• Prepare files for underwriting and clear conditions with borrowers, loan officers, and third parties
• Communicate with borrowers, title companies, attorneys, and investors
• Process correspondent and brokered loans for multiple investors
• Ensure TRID compliance and proper disclosure timing
• Maintain a high-volume pipeline with strong attention to detail
• Work independently while collaborating with loan officers and operations staff
• Provide updates and maintain clear communication throughout the loan process

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mortgage processing experience
• Encompass experience required
• Experience with correspondent and brokered loans
• Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA guidelines
• Strong understanding of TRID
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently in a structured office environment

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $65,000.00 - $85,000.00
