Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, ensuring an accurate diagnosis. \n Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs, goals, and preferences of each client. \n Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to promote skill development and emotional regulation. \n Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, provide support in treatment options, and impart self-care strategies to enhance well-being. \n Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to align with evolving mental health needs. \n Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and medical professionals for comprehensive care, addressing both psychological and medical concerns. \n Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorders to integrate best practices into your therapeutic approach. \n Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with ethical and legal standards. \n Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills. \n Advocate for clients by promoting mental health awareness and addressing stigma associated with mood disorders. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n The primary clientele includes individuals experiencing a range of mood disorders, such as depression and anxiety. You will work with clients from various backgrounds, tailoring your approach to meet their unique cultural and personal needs.
