RN Behavioral Health

HCA Healthcare is seeking an RN Behavioral Health to provide compassionate, evidence-based care for patients experiencing mental health and behavioral crises. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, implement individualized care plans, and monitor patient safety in a structured therapeutic environment. You will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and interdisciplinary teams, engage in crisis intervention and de-escalation, and educate patients and families.
