Description

NextGen Hospitality Solutions is on the lookout for a skilled Restaurant General Manager to lead our upscale casual dining establishment in Mishawaka. This full-time, on-site position presents a unique opportunity to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

As the Restaurant General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the restaurant's success, driving both profitability and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will guide a dedicated team in delivering top-notch service while implementing innovative strategies to enhance our culinary offerings. Join us in creating memorable dining experiences in a vibrant and dynamic environment. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits and career advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff
Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls
Implement marketing strategies to drive guest traffic and revenue
Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee satisfaction
Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of restaurant management and operations
Excellent leadership and team-building skills
Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
Financial acumen with experience in budget management
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
