OVERVIEW: We are looking for a positive and high-paced individual to join our team to assist in the management of properties for our growing property management company. This position will be located in Lacey, WA. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, and the ability to multitask and adjust to ever-changing deadlines and schedules. 

About Our Company: We are a growing community management company located in Lacey, WA. 

Job Location: Lacey, WA 

Hours/Week: 24 hours/16 hours (3 days per week during training and then 2 days per week with potential for increase in hours)

Starting Salary: $24-$25 per hour, DOE

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate with tenants/lease applicants
• Communicate with owners/landlords
• Address walk-ins
• Process payments (holding fee, rents, deposits etc.)
• Market available properties
• Process tenant applications, send approval/rejection letters
• Oversee leasing process (move-ins, interim inspections, move-outs)
• Oversee move-out process (take pictures, complete checklists, prepare work orders) (as needed)
• Oversee lease renewal process
• Create legal notices for tenants 
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have good computer knowledge and general office experience. xhyhwjd A professional demeanor and helpful attitude along with a desire to learn and work in a team environment
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Punctuality, dependability and attendance per working schedule required
• Must be self-directed and highly organized
• Ability to multi-task, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Extensive computer skills -- MUST be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs, and be capable of learning various other proprietary applications
• Typing speed of 40 wpm or higher
• Operation of general office equipment (printers, copier, scanner, fax, mail machine, postage meter, etc.)

Education

• Bachelor's Degree and experience in the field is preferred, but not required. 

Compensation details: 24-25 Hourly Wage
