Senior Mechanical Engineer

About the company - We are looking for skilled Mechanical engineers to join a growing organization delivering advanced energy solutions across power generation, battery storage, and industrial energy projects Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) Paid company holidays Performance-based bonus opportunity Professional growth opportunities within the energy and power sector Responsibilities Design, analyze, and optimize mechanical systems including turbomachinery, rotating equipment, gas turbines, compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, and pressure vessels. Perform engineering calculations, thermal and structural analyses, and support mechanical system performance improvements. Develop detailed mechanical designs, specifications, and technical documentation while ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Support equipment selection, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and reliability improvements throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver complex energy infrastructure projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. Experience Required Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a closely related field. 3+ years of experience designing, analyzing, or supporting turbomachinery, rotating equipment, gas turbines, steam turbines, compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, or other heavy industrial mechanical systems. Experience performing thermal analysis, CFD, FEA, stress analysis, vibration analysis, or rotor dynamics is highly desirable. Familiarity with ASME and API design standards is highly valued. A results-driven mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced engineering environment. Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD, or similar mechanical design tools.
