Evening availability is a must, hours between 3-8:30pm. Efficiently manage client check-ins for classes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all members. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with clients, answering questions, and addressing concerns to foster a positive atmosphere. Work closely with team members to maintain a supportive and encouraging environment for clients and staff alike. Help keep the facility clean and organized, ensuring a welcoming space for all members. Stay informed about D1 products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients. Qualifications Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail or fitness setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. A strong team player who is committed to creating a supportive and family-oriented atmosphere. A genuine interest in fitness and wellness, and a desire to help others achieve their goals.
