NOW HIRING – PASSENGER SERVICE AGENT Job Location: AUSTIN, TX 78719 Salary Range: $16.00 - $16.00 Hourly Status: International | Full-Time & Part-Time Shifts Available Start Date: Immediate Hire Job Responsibilities Provide customers with a hospitable experience while maintaining a professional demeanor Assist passengers in and out of wheelchairs (as needed) Safely transport passengers throughout airport locations as requested Provide general information and directions to passengers Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers, staff, and the general public Coordinate with dispatch and airline gate agents for passenger assistance assignments Comply with all TSA checkpoint screening requirements and procedures Complete incident reports for accidents or unusual occurrences Update and maintain wheelchair logs to track passenger trips Perform other duties as assigned Available Shifts (8-hour shifts) 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
12:00 PM – 7:30 PM
2:00 PM – 9:30 PM
