What’s a typical day as Packaging Machine Operator? You’ll be:

• Performing daily setup and routine operation of packaging lines, including equipment such as Bottle in-feed, Unscrambler, Filler, Capper, Torquer, Labeler, Vision Systems, Weighing Systems, and Bar Coding Systems
• Ensuring a safe work environment by following all safety procedures, company guidelines, and ergonomic practices, including proper use of PPE and compliance with cGMPs and OSHA standards
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with predictive and preventive maintenance
• Maintaining, cleaning, and organizing the work area using 5S practices
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production schedules, deadlines, and operational goals
• Supporting the development of training programs and cross-training other operators as needed

• Have previous experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or production environment (preferred)
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and adapting to new technologies
• Value teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Are willing to learn, upskill, and share knowledge within an autonomous team culture
• Have a strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards
• Have a HS Diploma or equivalent 
• Are able to work 1st shift in Myerstown, PA
