CATERING MANAGER

Position Title: CATERING MANAGER Pay Range: $55,000/year to $65,000/year. Job Summary As a Food Service Manager, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations for a corporate dining account, managing and leading a team of associates, maintaining client relations, and ensuring food quality meets high standards. Key Responsibilities Operate the corporate cafeteria in accordance with the approved budget while delivering maximum value to the client. Ensure that the food offered to the client, customers, and employees of the operation is of superior quality. Maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests, the client, and other departments within the operation. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of an Associate’s Degree preferred. Two to four years of fine dining restaurant management experience required. Comprehensive food and wine knowledge; applicant should be well versed in food and wine pairings. Operations management experience with purchasing knowledge. Excellent communication and computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office products. ServSafe Certified preferred.
