Cafe Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience in a hospitality setting.
Strong focus on hospitality and guest experience.
Proven ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Experience managing an operation with annual revenue of $1.25 million or more.
Financial acumen is a significant plus.

Cafe Manager Preferred Background & Skills

Experience in a hybrid service model with counter orders and food delivery.
Familiarity with managing a cafe or restaurant environment.
Ability to hold team members accountable and foster a culture of excellence.

Cafe Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead, train, and inspire a dedicated team to deliver outstanding service.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to high standards.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance service and guest satisfaction.
Manage financial aspects of the cafe, including budgeting and revenue tracking.
Collaborate with the management team to implement new initiatives and events.
