Optimize profits by controlling costs. Hire, Train and Develop new Employees. Resolve customer issues. Manage & maintain Candee Skin Culture. Provide Leadership and direction to all employees. Ensure Product quality and availability. Prepare and present Employee Reviews. Work closely with the store owner to lead staff. Oversee retail inventory. Assist customers whenever necessary. Organize employee schedule. Ensure that health, safety, and security rules are followed. Take disciplinary action when necessary. Ensure a consistent standard of customer service. Motivate employees. Install & maintain a merchandise and visual plan. Maintain store(s) to standards, including stocking and cleaning. Complete tasks assigned by the owner, accurately and efficiently. Supporting store operations as needed. Manager Requirements: High school or equivalent education level. Stable work history. Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development. Have the ability to work autonomously when required. Be a team player. Be dedicated to customer satisfaction and a great customer experience.
