As an assistant manager you will be a part of a dynamic team that values customer satisfaction above all else. Key Responsibilities:- Manage, train, and coach Crew Members, Cashiers, & Cooks
- Direct and assign tasks to ensure operational standards are met
- Monitor employee compliance with restaurant policies
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Adjust staffing levels and control food costs
- Conduct weekly inventory checks
- Assist with administrative tasks and documentation
- Promote a customer service mindset among the team
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve complaints
