Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, train, and coach Crew Members, Cashiers, & Cooks
• Direct and assign tasks to ensure operational standards are met
• Monitor employee compliance with restaurant policies
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Adjust staffing levels and control food costs
• Conduct weekly inventory checks
• Assist with administrative tasks and documentation
• Promote a customer service mindset among the team
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve complaints
