Position Overview

Cumulus | Nashville is looking for a Marketing Lead to help bring campaigns to life across Cumulus Nashville stations and digital platforms. Think of this role as the quarterback for all station marketing efforts. You'll work alongside Programming, Sales, Digital, Events, and Content teams to execute campaigns that connect with listeners both on-air, in-person and on-line. You'll keep projects organized, moving, and on brand while bringing fresh ideas and creative energy to the table.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of multi-platform marketing campaigns across our station portfolio.
• Coordinate timelines, assets, approvals, and campaign launches.
• Contribute creative concepts for station promotions, events, contests, and community initiatives.
• Track campaign performance and development of post-campaign recaps and insights.
• Work directly with the Program Directors on the scheduling and execution of on-air and online contesting and helps with the communication of campaign execution to the programming staff.
• Work directly with Sales Management and/or Account Team to develop successful marketing & promotional concepts for clients.
• Lead Sales & Marketing Coordinator team, and Interns from recruitment to weekly tasks.

What you Bring (Qualifications):

• Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business Advertising, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in digital and social media strategies
• Internship, campus leadership, freelance, or project-based experience welcomed.
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Efficient in: Microsoft, PM tools, Canva
• Requires the ability to work regular business hours and will include other hours out of office, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Passion for media, radio, events, marketing, and local culture

Pay Range USD $40,000.00 - USD $45,000.00 /Yr.
