Product Compliance Analyst Details: Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $25-$28/hour 7-Month Contract Product Compliance Analyst Responsibilities: Process customer compliance requests and documentation for existing and new product offerings Prepare Safety Data Sheets (SDS), hazard communication materials, and customer statements Communicate product compliance requirements to internal teams and external customers Research and resolve customer compliance inquiries, escalating issues when necessary Manage and maintain tank state registrations and compliance-related records Compile product delivery, storage, and regulatory information for customer and company use Support the review and approval process for product documentation and deliveries Complete, file, and maintain required regulatory reports, applications, notifications, and records Product Compliance Analyst Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Physical Science, Engineering, or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Experience with Safety Data Sheets (SDS), chemical documentation, or regulatory databases preferred 1–3 years of business, compliance, regulatory, or customer-focused experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
