Responsibilities

• Offer guests of the pool an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
• Greeting and seating guests in pool area and providing beverage service
• Be knowledgeable about food and beverage menu including information regarding preparation methods and ingredients
• Taking & finalizing orders
• Knowledge of poolside menu and amenities
• Upkeeping cleanliness of the pool area, including service stations
• Utilize the resort's computer system ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and completing closing readings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English required
• Food and beverage knowledge
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand up to 8 hours.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
