Program Analyst

Program AnalystWe need an experienced Program Analyst at the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA). This role supports the administrative, operational, and organizational functions of the Blue UAS Cleared List Program Office, which oversees the review and approval of commercial drone systems for use across the Department of War. In this role, you will provide executive and administrative support to the Government Program Manager and program leadership, coordinate calendars, travel, and correspondence, and maintain administrative records and action item trackers supporting Government program management. We can offer a competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package.Responsibilities:Supports the administrative, operational, and organizational functions of the Government Blue List Program OfficeProvides executive and administrative support to the Government Blue List Program Manager and program leadership, including management of calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travelCoordinates program office communications and administrative workflows among Government personnel, contractor personnel, and external stakeholdersCoordinates and maintains program office calendars, meeting schedules, action item trackers, decision logs, travel trackers, and suspense itemsCoordinates Government travel activities, including preparation, tracking, and reporting of travel authorization requests and associated travel documentationPrepares executive correspondence, briefing materials, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, reports, and presentationsOrganizes, maintains, and manages program documentation, electronic repositories, administrative records, and office workflowsMonitors recurring administrative requirements, suspense dates, and action items and provides timely status updates to Government leadershipIdentifies opportunities to improve administrative processes, office workflows, and organizational efficiencyBackground/Required Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications, or a related administrative/analytical field preferred (equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)Demonstrated experience coordinating destination travel itineraries and maintaining a centralized, real time travel tracker for program personnelAdvanced proficiency in managing executive calendars, prioritizing competing demands, and preparing professional meeting agendas, minutes, and briefing packagesFamiliarity with federal travel regulations and experience assisting with the administrative preparation and processing of Travel Authorization Requests (TARs) or utilization of systems like the Defense Travel System (DTS) preferredHigh proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaborative platforms (SharePoint, MS Teams)Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretionLocation:San Diego, CA – DCMA FacilityClearance:Active or interim DoW security clearance; favorably adjudicated Tier 3 background investigation requiredMust be a US CitizenClient:Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), Unmanned Systems-Experimental (US-X) commandHours:40 hours per week8 hours per dayEmployment Classification:Employment Classification Eligibility – W2Relocation:Not eligible for relocation benefitsCompensation:Salary range: $80,000 – $115,000Benefits: Benefits package includes options for health, dental, and vision insurance coverage; 401k contribution options.
