Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Fayetteville, GA! This is a 5+ months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment. Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Hours per Week: 40 hours Start Date: ASAP Pay Highlights: $21-23/hour (Based on years of experience & education) Key Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections on pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Collect, label, process, and prepare specimens following Quest Diagnostics procedures. Verify patient identification and ensure specimen labeling accuracy. Explain collection procedures while providing excellent patient care. Maintain accurate records and required documentation. Follow established safety, infection control, HIPAA, OSHA, and company policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Demonstrate flexibility while supporting operational and staffing needs. Promote a positive patient experience through excellent customer service. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience Minimum 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience required Experience with: Pediatric collections Geriatric collections Capillary collections Note: Local candidates within 20-25 miles are eligible. Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
