Summary: Responsible for providing beverage service to all guests in an efficient, courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of customer service at any MNGE venue assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provides constant, attentive and exceptional service to guests while serving beverages.
• Assists servers in an even rotation to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Completes all side work in a timely and satisfactory manner to insure a clean, neat work area that is adequately stocked at all times.
• Assist all guests as needed.
• Stays informed and up-to-date with all daily changes in menus, pricing, special events, and promotions.
• Must comply with all Oklahoma State liquor laws and MNGE Community Alcoholic Beverage Ordinance.
• Reacts to change productively and handles other essential tasks as assigned.
• Handles cash and credit card transactions efficiently.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, and/or ability required.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Experience

Previous experience in bar operations is preferred.

Licenses/Certifications

MCN OPG Gaming License is required.

Tulsa County Food Handler's Card is required for all F&B positions.

Liquor License from the Able Commission is also required for F&B front of house positions.

Must have the ability to pass comprehensive background check, drug test, and obtain gaming license as required.

Job Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform essential functions of this job. Has ability to lift and carry at least 40 lbs. up to 35" and 45 lbs. up to 42". Ability to maneuver in all areas of casino, frequent ascent/descent from bus stairs, travel to various on/off site venues, which may involve elevation changes in surfaces. Visual acuity to discern and examine text, graphics, color and symmetry. Speech to communicate clearly, express ideas and convey information in an understandable manner. Ability to hear for listening comprehension and to understand ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Manual dexterity to operate office equipment and examine documents, records and files.
