Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Must have at least 3 years of experience as a licensed PT
• Must have outpatient experience
• Fingerprints must be submitted and cleared prior to start
• Must meet requirements to be credentialed to serve on the Medical Staff

Assignment Details

• Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
• Weekend rotation required for inpatient coverage
• Setting includes inpatient and outpatient

Location Highlights

Tuba City, Arizona offers access to notable desert landmarks and regional travel routes. Dinosaur Tracks is located about 3 miles from central Tuba City, and Grand Canyon National Park can be reached in roughly 80 miles for hiking and scenic overlooks.
