Join our healthcare partner in Tuba City, AZ, and provide quality physical therapy services to a predominantly Native American population. You will be responsible for managing and implementing the Physical Therapy program, evaluating and treating inpatients and outpatients, and offering specialty services such as wound care and prosthetic clinics.

As a Physical Therapist in this role, you will:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments.
• Manage specialty clinics including wound care, prosthetic and orthotic, and geriatric clinics.
• Develop and direct the physical therapy section, ensuring quality improvement and safety.
• Participate in Joint Commission preparation, staff education, and in-service meetings.
• Meet credentialing requirements to serve on the Medical Staff.

Requirements for this role include:

• Bachelor's degree from a CAPTE accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Valid, current, full, and unrestricted license in any state within the United States.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association.
• Need 3 years of experience as a licensed PT with outpatient experience.
• COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply).
• Fingerprinting must be submitted and cleared prior to start.
