Senior Principal, Supply Chain Analytics & Modeling

And our research pushes the boundaries on topics such as complex scheduling, medical image analysis, and identifying changes in data streams. Roles and Responsibilities: The L140 division is in search of a highly experienced principal engineer to spearhead our division's supply chain modeling and analysis initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a recognized technical leader in the field, with a proven track record of real-world impact and research in supply chain analysis. They will also act as L140's representative within the wider MITRE supply chain community. Act as the primary expert in supply chain modeling and analysis for L140. Oversee the integration of L140's models, simulations, and analyses in the supply chain domain across MITRE. Drive initiatives in the realm of supply chain analysis. Represent L140 in guiding the development of supply chain at MITRE. Assist in prioritizing and allocating resources for L140's investments in supply chain. Educate and develop L140’s staff on applying their skills in the supply chain and logistics domain. Engage actively with industry and academia. Basic Qualifications: Proven expertise in supply chain and operations research. Demonstrated experience in shaping work at the intersection of supply chain and operations research. In-depth knowledge of MITRE's sponsors’ supply chain and logistics challenges. Top Secret (TS) clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Research experience in supply chain and Operations Research. Professional recognition in the field. Experience in teaching and developing courses related to the field.
