Mancan is working with a company in Berlin looking for a 2nd shift quality auditor. This is a temp to hire opportunity. Hours are 4pm-midnight, Monday-Friday with overtime as needed. Pay is based on experience between $19.50-$26.88/hour.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform final inspection of molded rubber parts adhering to inspection procedures and established specifications
- Record, log, and maintain quality records as required
- Communicate with other quality personnel regarding non-conforming products, processing problems, and important daily activities
- Inform and recommend to engineering, production supervisors, group leaders, and operators regarding quality issues
- Perform duties for finishing or sorting of rejected non-conforming product. Monitor and release parts from the reject hold cage
- Operate count scales and micro-vu measuring equipment
- Prepare boxes following work order instructions for packaging Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a QC role is required. Experience in elastomeric materials manufacturing preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to frequently stand, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
- Must be able to regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally life up to 40 pounds Mancan offers our temporary employees full benefits such as paid vacations, holidays, 401K, as well as vision, dental, and medical.
