$110,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Assist in generating leads through established systems and personal networking.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
• Coordinate property showings and follow up with potential buyers to build strong relationships.
• Support the team in preparing and reviewing real estate documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
• Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies that attract new clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed throughout the buying or selling process.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
• Ability to manage time efficiently, balancing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Experience in using digital tools and platforms for lead generation and client management.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance real estate knowledge.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs with a positive attitude.
