Compensation:

$125,500 - $235,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and guide them through the buying or selling process.
• Develop and maintain a robust network of contacts to generate leads and referrals.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and stay updated on market trends.
• Conduct property tours and open houses to showcase listings and attract potential buyers.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize and execute marketing plans for property listings.
• Utilize our proven systems to manage client relationships and ensure a seamless transaction process.
• Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve favorable outcomes for clients while maintaining ethical standards and transparency.

Qualifications:

• Real Estate License required or willingness to complete licensing quickly.
• Experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Proven track record of self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions.
• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
