Complaints and Claims Coordinator

Position: Complaints and Claims Coordinator ID: OPS-4.1 We are a growing repossession and logistics company looking for a Complaints and Claims Coordinator to join our team and take ownership of vehicle damage complaints from start to finish. This position plays a key role in how we manage risk, protect assets, and strengthen relationships with our clients and vendors. The right candidate will bring prior experience in automotive or insurance claims and will be able to handle investigations, documentation, and communication with professionalism and accuracy. You’ll be the connection point between customers, clients, our field and lot staff, and repair vendors to ensure every complaint is resolved fairly and efficiently. Responsibilities Intake, research, and document vehicle complaints through internal systems. Review photos, reports, and other documentation to determine liability and next steps. Communicate with customers, clients, and vendors by phone and email throughout the process. Coordinate repair approvals and timelines with vendors and field managers. Negotiate resolutions and maintain audit-ready documentation for each case. Track claim progress, follow up on open items, and ensure timely completion. Recommend process improvements and assist with safety and claim-prevention efforts as needed Requirements Requirements: High School Diploma or GED 4–7 years of experience in auto or property damage claims, insurance coordination, or repair management Knowledge of liability, coverage interpretation, and repair documentation Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple open claims independently Professional and composed when handling escalated or sensitive situations Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with RDN, Telegram, or other claims management tools Experience with subrogation, arbitration, or recovery processes Background in fleet, towing, repossession, or automotive operations is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr International Recovery Systems
