Assistant Server

Full-time

Retaj Restaurant and Cafe

Welcome and assist guests promptly, ensuring they are comfortably seated and attended to with a positive attitude.

Provide detailed menu information, highlight daily specials, and offer personalized recommendations to improve the guest experience.

Accurately enter and manage food and beverage orders through the Point of Sale (POS) system.

Deliver meals and drinks efficiently while maintaining professional presentation and service standards.

Regularly check on guests to ensure satisfaction and quickly address any questions, requests, or concerns.

Work closely with kitchen and team members to maintain smooth operations and excellent food quality.

Keep dining areas, tables, and service stations clean, organized, and fully stocked.

Follow all company health, sanitation, and food safety procedures at all times.

Promote featured menu items, specials, and upcoming events to increase guest engagement and sales.

Attend staff meetings and training programs to support continuous improvement and exceptional customer service.
