We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Team Lead to ensure the accuracy of outbound orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is responsible for verifying loads, checking labels, and supporting order fulfillment using paper pick lists. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and capable of working independently while supporting team operations.

Schedule

• 1st Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Audit completed orders to verify accuracy, quantities, and proper labeling
• Pick and pack orders as needed to support workload demands
• Identify and communicate inventory discrepancies to supervisors and team members
• Assist with relabeling, corrections, and order adjustments when required
• Operate warehouse equipment, including:
• • Reach truck
  • Order picker
  • Sit-down forklift
• Support the fulfillment team and maintain productivity during downtime by completing additional tasks as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bilingual (required)
• Proven experience operating warehouse equipment
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Effective communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
