Autonomous HR Manager for Municipal Union Workplace

CFS

CFS in Bolingbrook, IL seeks an HR Manager to own the function in a municipal setting, shaping culture during a critical transition. You will build processes, influence leadership, and drive change with broad scope across payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations.
