Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your main responsibility will be to provide personalized mental health care to young adults aged 18 to 30 in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Key duties will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Conduct engaging therapeutic group sessions that foster a sense of community and mutual support among clients.

• Individual Counseling: Deliver empathetic, one-on-one counseling sessions aimed at helping clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing coping strategies tailored to their individual needs.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients in creating actionable, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their specific desires and circumstances.

• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess client progress using standardized assessment tools and feedback methods, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Team Collaboration: Maintain regular communication with a multi-disciplinary team of health professionals, coordinating care and sharing insights on complex cases to promote comprehensive treatment.

Your primary clientele will be young adults facing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma-related issues. Your work will involve assessing and addressing unique needs, facilitating healing through both group and individual interactions. You will empower clients to navigate their obstacles and work together toward recovery, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Educational Background: A Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.

• Licensure: Valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in Texas is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
