East Coast Sales Manager

CPP Clinics is a leading provider of medical aesthetics services, offering innovative treatments across multiple medspas under the CPP umbrella. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences and outstanding results, utilizing advanced technologies and personalized care. We are hiring an East Coast Sales Manager to join Mint Aesthetics, a leader in aesthetic training and consulting located in Kansas City, MO. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base, working with aesthetics professionals and clinics to offer training, consulting, and educational solutions. You will receive comprehensive training and have the opportunity to attend national aesthetic meetings, building valuable industry relationships. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients Drive sales of MINT Aesthetics’ training programs and services Attend 5-8 aesthetic meetings per year in cities like Florida, New York, and Boston. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers in the aesthetics industry Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets Collaborate with the marketing and consulting teams to execute sales strategies Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) 2 years of outside sales experience (preferably in a related field) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Driven, self-motivated, and passionate about sales HubSpot CRM experience is a plus Ability to travel 5-8 times per year to aesthetic conferences Team-oriented and able to work full-time in our Kansas City office Compensation and Benefits: $35K base salary plus commission (total compensation $75K-$120K based on performance) Healthcare and 401K 2 week vacation and 3 days PTO Holidays off Additional skincare treatments as part of the benefits package Regular hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
