Systems Administrator, LabsRESPONSIBILITIES The Systems Administrator, Labs is expected to be able to accomplish the following:Monitors and manages system resources, including CPU usage, disk usage, and response times to maintain operating efficiency.Performs systems security administration functions, including creating user profiles and accounts.Other duties may include setting up administrator accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software, and allocating mass storage space. Interact with users and evaluate vendor products.Makes recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery.Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.May be assigned responsibility for less experienced staff.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSActive TS/SCI + CI Poly clearanceBS, 8-10 years of relevant experience; MS, 6-8 years; PhD, 3-5 yearsOne of the following DoD 8570/CS-NET-451 certifications: Security+, SSCP, CySA +, GSECDESIRED QUALIFICATIONSRHCSA / RHCEMicrosoft Windows Server Hybrid AdministratorLinux+Server+VMware VCPNutanix NCPAzure AdministratorAWS SysOpsCASP+CISSPRMF trainingSTIG implementation experienceACAS/Nessus familiarityITIL 4 FoundationCompTIA Cloud+Storage certificationsWe are seeking a Systems Administrator, Labs to join our Task Order proposal on the Defense Intelligence Agency's Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III).
