Middle to Senior Full Stack .Net Engineer

Role Description

We are seeking a Mid to Senior .NET Developer to help build, scale, and secure enterprise-grade healthcare applications. In this role, you will work across the full stack to design resilient back-end services, optimize relational databases, and deliver high-impact features that protect medical data and streamline healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Core Development: Build and maintain high-availability web applications and microservices using C# and modern .NET frameworks.
• Full-Stack Execution: Implement front-end components and integrate back-end APIs, ensuring seamless functionality across the entire application stack.
• Performance & Scale: Enhance existing enterprise systems to improve throughput, scalability, and reliability for large-scale healthcare clients.
• Database Optimization: Design, maintain, and optimize relational database schemas and complex queries to handle sensitive data efficiently.
• Quality & Testing: Ensure enterprise-level software quality through automated unit/integration testing and active participation in peer code reviews.
• Agile Architecture: Analyze technical requirements and design scalable software solutions within a fast-paced Agile framework.
• DevOps Integration: Contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and support DevOps best practices.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across the stack to maintain optimal system performance.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years (Mid) or 5+ years (Senior) of commercial software development experience using C# and .NET (.NET Core / .NET 6+).
• Database Mastery: Strong proficiency with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL), schema design, and query performance tuning.
• Architecture & Patterns: Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), RESTful APIs, and scalable software architecture.
• Quality Focus: Demonstrated commitment to writing clean, maintainable code backed by automated testing.
• DevOps Awareness: Hands-on experience or familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, modern deployment strategies, and full-stack troubleshooting.
• Collaborative Mindset: Strong communication skills with experience working alongside QA, Product Management, and UX specialists.

Requirements

• Possess 4-6 years of comprehensive experience in full-stack software engineering, specifically designing and building robust enterprise applications within a professional development environment.
• This role operates under a fully remote work model, requiring the ability to effectively collaborate with distributed teams and manage tasks independently from a designated home office environment.
