Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments with patients to evaluate their mental health status, strengths, challenges, and needs for individualized care plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to meet patients' specific mental health needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and advocate for patient needs.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and available resources, empowering them to take an active role in their treatment journey.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to effectively facilitate healing and coping strategies.
• Develop and maintain personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the treatment team, focusing on measurable goals and progress.
• Assist patients in navigating the complexities of the mental health care system, including advocating for their rights and accessing community resources.
• Facilitate therapeutic groups and psychoeducation sessions that promote greater awareness and understanding of mental health issues and strategies for well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and represent a wide array of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be crucial in fostering resilience and empowering individuals and families to cope with and overcome their challenges.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is required.
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in community health settings or providing teletherapy.
• Previous utilization of electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and treatment planning.
• Advanced training in specific therapeutic modalities or specialized populations.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus a sign-on bonus. In addition to a lucrative salary, our benefits package includes:
