Get to Know the Role Job Title: Logistics Coordinator Job Summary: The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Trading Card Game (TCG) Supply Chain team by owning master carton label creation and managing item master data. This role partners closely with internal production teams and external co-manufacturers to ensure accurate labeling, efficient data management, and smooth execution of product distribution. FLSA Classification (US Only): Exempt People Manager: No What you’ll do Support the creation and maintenance of Master Carton Labels for trading card products, including item descriptions, barcodes, quantities, and purchase order details Work with co-manufacturers and vendors (including Millennium Print Group) to help generate and update carton labels for production and distribution Enter and update item master data in Excel and Oracle ERP systems Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness across labeling and item records Assist with maintaining item descriptions and product information in internal systems Help track and organize labeling requests and documentation Partner with Production and Supply Chain teams to support day‑to‑day operations and product launches Perform routine data cleanup and validation to ensure high‑quality records Identify opportunities to improve processes and share ideas with the team What you’ll bring Zero (0) – two (2) years of relevant professional experience in logistics, supply chain, data entry, or administrative support (internship experience welcome) or a demonstrated level of expertise Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data Good organizational and time management skills Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to follow processes, stay organized, and complete tasks accurately Base Salary Range For this role, new hires generally start between $80,200.00 - $90,000.00 per year. The full range is $80,200.00 - $132,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
